Yea I was furious about a lot of things with the reboot, I calmed down after awhile except for Steph and Wally are still missing!!! Beast Boy and Rae are coming back but my lovely Gar is RED?!!??! NOOOO!!! Donna…where is she!?!?!? I’ve heard a lot about Mia but I’ve never gotten into her character, I think that should by my summer hobby!
Gar is coming back red? WTF. Just rename him Azazael and admit all DC wants to do anymore is mimic marvel. UGH. fuck the reboot is quickly becoming my catch phrase. And I love Mia <3 I’ve always been a huge Arrow-Fam fan, so Mia and Conner and Roy have been my favorites for a long time. Dick and Roy were like my favorite bromance/angst-fest all through junior high and high school, so that’s another thing about the reboot that PISSES ME OFF. AND I shipped Dick-Kori for like, ever. Erg. Yeah i could rant for hours about all the things wrong with the reboot hahaha

I’ve also been more of a Batfamily fan with a thing for the Speedster family, it wasn’t until Young Justice that I really got into Roy! As for the reboot….ay ay ay….
I mean some of the changes have been great! Look at Wonder woman! But then you got what they did with Red Hood and the Outlaws…although it is getting better! Not a big fan of Lobdell’s Teen Titans (that might be because of the amount of cringing I do when I see their costumes)…but when I found out Gar was red…I screamed a blood curling scream in the worst possible way. There’s a picture of him up already and he has like this orangy-red skin, red hair and these sideburns…I can’t.
it better not be permanentAh I got into Roy waaayyy back with Teen Titans. I always liked Robin, and I’ve had a thing for archers since I was like 4. So when I saw Roy I was like, “… It’s a Robin. And he shoots arrows. Where have you been all my life???” haha and then I started reading comics and I just loved him more and fell in love with the both of them and I’ve followed the Arrow-fam and the Bat-fam ever since. And I like speedsters. I used to have a whole speedster family based around Wally West hahah aahhh good times.
Ugh. I haven’t heard much about Wonder Woman, actually. But I cannot stand Kori. Or Jason. Or Roy. I feel like Kori’s just a whore who lets people use her and thinks she has power ‘cause she’s good looking (which, by the way, empowering a woman does not mean giving her license to sleep with anyone). And I feel like Jason’s this absolute asshole who pretends to be some kind of saint and I just want to punch him in the face and knee him in the balls. And Roy’s some sort of weird puppy who doesn’t seem to know what to do with either of these two, and I’m like, “I miss my badass roy who could take 5 bullets to the chest and go home to his daughter and still smile at her, even though he was terrified.” GUH. talking about the reboot makes me hate everything ._.
Except Aquaman. Aquaman reboot is amazing. I can’t wait to actually sit down and read it, instead of just looking at images and reading about it haha
I’ve heard good things about Aquaman! Which is great! I’ve always felt sad that he was an underrated hero! AAaaah if only I could spend my money on comics rather than my college tuition I’d fill my shelves with Aquaman, Wonder Woman, Supergirl, Superboy (I LOVE ROSE WILSON) all of Tim Drake’s run as Robin and Steph’s (I have Steph’s run of Batgirl)…Deadpool…AND SO MUCH MORE !!!!!! ajisdfkhguiredjksfnhbfg;isdjn eeeh
